A monthly subscription is payable with every Vizulite website package. This monthly payment covers the hosting of your website on our server. Meaning; if, for any reason, your website goes down due to a server outage, then any work required to get the website back online is covered by your monthly subscription.
Your monthly subscription also includes additional support time, as outlined below:
Starter: 30 minutes support per month
Standard: 1 hour support per month
Pro: 2 Hours Support per month
This time can be used however you see fit. You can call or email us with general ‘how to?’ questions, or you may want to use your support time to send us content and imagery to add to the website, or upload a blog you have written, or update existing information on your website.
No. Unused support time in any month cannot be carried forward to the next month or accumulated.
Support time is logged in our ticket system, and the monthly times are recorded each month. We will let you know if you don’t have any support allowance left. You can buy additional support hours at £75 per hour.
We aim to respond to requests for support with 2 hours during normal business hours. The time taken to resolve issues or complete requests is dependent on the nature of the request or issue.
We host and maintain your website for the first 12 months, effective from the date the website goes live. If you wish to move your website to another hosting platform or agency after this period you can, however a £175+VAT migration fee will be payable before we package up your website for your new provider to deploy on their server. Please note: Any licences for plugins and themes in your website are covered by your monthly hosting & support fee. Should you move the site to another provider, these licences will be deactivated and you may need to take out new licences to ensure you receive software updates in the future.
No. Unfortunately we cannot support your website once you have moved it to another provider.
Your website is built in WordPress and is powered by a combination of themes, plugins and server-side applications.
You can purchase this through ourselves. Or alternatively you can purchase it directly from an online domain name registrar and simply grant us access to your account to point the web records for your domain at our servers.
Before your website goes live, you will need to provide is with the logins to your domain name registrar – the business that you bought your web/email domain with (e.g. Fasthosts, Go Daddy, 1&1 etc).
Alternatively, if you employ an IT support person/company to manage this for you we can liaise with them directly, providing instructions on what they need to do.
That’s a good problem to have. It means your Vizulite website has helped your business to grow! If you are on our Starter or Standard packages then you can upgrade to the next package with a 15% discount off the initial upfront cost.

No. We would not allow full administrator access to your website outside of Vizulite. This is to ensure the security and performance of your website cannot be compromised.
